NEW Exhibition and Event Opportunity for Artists, Artisans, and Curators

Blue Sky IDEA Art Studio and Gallery

Located at 6412 South Quebec Street, Greenwood Executive Center, Bldg. 1, Centennial, CO 80111,

Blue Sky IDEA Art Studio and Gallery is a community-focused exhibition space featuring progressive, dynamic, and thought-provoking fine art by local, national and international artists.

We Offer:

-Approx. 750 sq ft contemporary gallery divided into four exhibition areas. Three are on the main level and one is a loft gallery.

-Located in Centennial, Colorado

-16 ft ceilings

-Finished laminate floors, white walls, gallery lighting, loft, kitchenette, and WC.

We offer curatorial assistance and installation guidance with three-week exhibition slots and gallery staffing.

Artists are responsible for providing jpg images of their work to gallery staff. The gallery will post exhibition information on the gallery website, Instagram and Facebook. Artists are responsible for the design and printing of art postcards, wall labels, and associated mailing costs.

Special Gallery Hours during exhibitions:

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 12-4 and Saturday 12-3

Rental: The gallery rental usage fee for 3 weeks is $500. This period includes one and a half days for installation and one day for de-installation. Artists must install and de-install all works. There is no on-site storage for art or containers. Should you require an extended exhibition period please email.

All walls must be repaired and painted by artist(s) upon removal during de-installation. A deposit of $350 is required in advance and refundable within 2 weeks of show close.

Sales: Gallery Managed: Staff collects payments, including sales tax. A single payment is made to the artist or organization within two weeks of the show's close, minus Square processing and office fees totaling 5%. Artists are then responsible for filing collected sales tax on sold art.

If you are interested in exhibiting your work, hosting an event or curating an exhibit, please submit a digital portfolio with your one page CV, short artist statement (300 word limit), calendar dates which you are considering and eight images of current works, PDF, image or video. Max 10 MB per file.
